Final Reflection of an Aspiring Impact Sociologist

Looking back on the blog and thinking about the experiences throughout this course brought a smile to my face.  It has actually been quite fun.  I liked the idea of doing versus taking tests from day one and this has been confirmed week in and week out.

Building the foundation of the business concept on the world's biggest problems sticks out most to me.  It really showed how entrepreneurs should think and what they should focus on.  The Free Money exercise is one that I will remember years later because, though simple, it was the most daunting and it is also the one that I am most proud of completing successfully.  The most joyous experience was the overall development of the SORIN concept and the affirmation that came from pretty much everyone appreciating the idea and the passion behind it.

I came to this course as an entrepreneur and I am leaving as an even bigger believer in the entrepreneurial mindset.  My one recommendation is to be fearless, find your passion, and then pursue it relentlessly.

  1. You did a great job on this assignment. Reading your final reflection its awesome to see how you have progressed through this course and your view that you have become an even stronger entrepreneur. Haven't seen someone recommendation say be fearless, but I honestly couldn't agree more this being fearless allows you to have complete confidence in your ability to perform in this class.
